To start with, you can get Fiddler downloaded from https://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler
After you have Fiddler installed successfully and launched, the Windows proxy will be turned on automatically to use Fiddler.
Now on Fiddler console, have data encryption turned on to allows you to see all the data in transport in clear text.
In case to allow remote computer to use your Fiddler proxy, you will need to perform additional steps
1. On your Fiddler, enable remote computer connection.
2. On your remote PC, get the Fiddler root cert downloaded and installed to allow Fiddler to get the data in transport decrypted. Please note that the certificate download link is http.
3. Get proxy turned on on your remote PC. Replace 127.0.0.1 by your actual Fiddler IP.
