Assist is not a simple screen sharing tool. It allows help desk not only to remote control a device and at the same time it allows help desk to


  1. Get all the device background information from the integrated console. help desk can see device details to make a support session more seamless.

  2. help desk can search a device by username, email, device tag and etc without getting user to provide difficult to get serial number.

  3. Help desk can initiate policies, applications and patches in real time to remediate identified issue.

  4. Help desk can use any endpoint to join a remote session.

  5. Assist allows collaborative trouble shooting by multiple parties when required.

This is a video demonstrating the above benefits.


User was calling for help and help desk initiated a remote support session from a MacOS browser as a response. Help desk was checking the device meta data before looking into the device itself. Helpdesk was asking help from his colleague by sending an invitation link. Colleague was joining the session collaboratively from an iPad. Control was passed over to the second helper. Finally, issue was resolved successfully and session was terminated.
